We only had 3 states left in the lower 48 when we started heading west again! What an insanely cool life we are living!

So we planned our route west to knock out 2 more states before we settled in the southwest for the winter.

Kansas was a short stop and we drove at about 50 miles off our original route to get her done.

We stayed the night by the river in this interesting city RV park that had 50 amp electric and only cost us $10.
.
We were literally the only people there overnighting. Which meant I didn’t sleep very well 🙄. But it was actually a perfect spot for a quick overnight.

The next morning a man drove up in pickup truck, collected our $10, and wrote us a paper receipt. How quaint is that?!
