Real deal friendship.
.
I know I’ve said this before but I’ve been blown away by the friendships we have made out here on the road.
.
Ya know, the kind of friends that you will continue to stay in touch with and visit long after your lives go in different directions.
.
This has been such an amazingly unexpected part of full-time RV life for us. I’m not great with surface level friendships, so I never would have guessed that while traveling we would be able to connect with people beyond the surface.
.
But man, something about this life opens people up to a different kind of connection. No, you will not connect with every family you meet in this way. But eventually you find those people that get you and they will stick.
.
We got to spend Easter (yes I’m just now posting about Easter 🤷🏻♀️) with some of those friends.
.
We have a tradition of flowering a cross to celebrate the beauty of what Jesus did on the cross for us. And how he made something beautiful out of the darkness of the cross.
.
It was great to share this with them even if the sun was incredibly hot that day and the wind came in after and blew everything around and got sand in our food . .

We're the Hinsons. We've been kicking around the country since 2018 like a bunch of bums. We've connected with each other, nature, and other people more closely and more quickly than we ever did before.
We're seeking a life that is full of meaning, purpose, and harmony. Follow us If you'd like to find out more about how this life works, or if you have questions about our destinations or are looking for some recommendations for different areas. We'll do our best to provide an honest picture of what this is like, but we have to say, the photos you get out of it are pretty good.
