Snow capped mountains, a gorgeous glacier fed lake, and beautiful red rock sunsets. All the things you think about when you think of Colorado.

We stayed in the Dakota Terrences Campground which only had electricity at each site, but they had nice hot showers in the bathhouse, laundry facilities, water fill stations, and a dump station all pretty close to our site! We never usually use the shower or laundry facilities at parks anymore but it was actually fun to switch it up!

This park was also centrally located to some of the coolest Colorado mountain towns like Ridgway, Telluride, Ouray and Montrose.

We also had the privilege to meet and hang out with some awesome Coloradans @taliasvoboda and their adorable dogs too! Can’t wait to come back to Colorado and hang again soon! ️
