Two sunrises in two weeks! Who are we?!

I prepared Joseph when we did our first sunrise back in Portland (a few posts back) that seeing the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain was on my bucket list too.

In other words, he wasn’t allowed to punk out on me later if we did the sunrise in Portland and not do the one at Cadillac Mountain. Did I mention he hates getting up early ?

After we got past the parking situation and the ridiculous amount of people that must have gotten there at like 4 am! 🤪 It was a truly remarkable experience. Well worth the early morning sacrifice.

And we just barely got to see it. 2 minutes after the sun rose, a huge cloud rolled in and we could barely see anything. (Swipe to end to see the videos of how quickly it changed).
