Some big changes happened around here in the last 2 weeks! ✹
We said goodbye to Bertie, our beloved 30 foot travel trailer after 2 years of travel (18 months full-time). ✹
She traveled with us to 35 states, 29 nationals parks, 2 provinces and over 30,000 miles. And honestly, she was the perfect rig for that leg of our journey. ✹
In the first 18 months we moved fast and stayed in a lot of state parks. ✹
Bertie, gave each of us the space we needed while still giving us the flexibility to stay in almost any park we chose. She was an awesome first rig. ✹
But as time went on and we continued to travel, we decided we were ready to upgrade. ✹
So…..we did! (Swipe left to see our new rig). We also upgraded our truck to a Ram 3500 Mega cab dually. ✹
Don’t let me fool ya though, this decision was not as easy as it sounds. It came after much thought, prayer, and research and with whole lot of stressing about what if wasn’t the right choice . ✹
But man so far, we are so glad that we did!!! Now we are ready to get the rest of those states! ✹
