It just really made me realize that our life and traditions are set up around things that last. Things that have roots. Things that aren’t based on locations or stuff. But on being with those that matter. •
I also realize how blessed we are to have had 3 of our family members fly out to be with us. Which is an insane privilege. And we definitely wish that all of our family could have all flown out! But having them with us made it feel like little had changed! And we got to share our adventures with them too! Which was such a treat! •
But we still made peanut blossoms, and eggnog French toast, and put together legos. The kids still got new Christmas PJ’s (thanks @granniangie54 !). And some fun new trucker hats and new books! •
Living in a travel trailer didn’t change much for us this Christmas, except for in all the right ways. We got to be outside more, enjoying new places with some of those we love! And we spent less time and money on things that we will quickly give away to the Goodwill. •
All in all. I think it was a win-win! •

We're the Hinsons. We've been kicking around the country since 2018 like a bunch of bums. We've connected with each other, nature, and other people more closely and more quickly than we ever did before.
We're seeking a life that is full of meaning, purpose, and harmony.
