We hiked to a hidden waterfall in the GRAND CANYON!
After we hiked 7 miles in from the North Rim, we set up camp and hiked another 3 miles out and back to a hidden waterfall.
Ribbon Falls was probably my favorite part of our backpacking trip! It was a little hard to get to because the bridge that crosses Bright Angel creek was washed out and I was a little scared that we might get lost.
But once we found our way, it was totally worth it! Check out the cool little cave that we were able to tuck into as well!
I had absolutely no clue that there were lush green parts of the Grand Canyon let alone waterfalls!
If you do decide to hike to this spot make sure that you download the map off the main trail to this spot because once you are in the canyon there is no signal and it was a lot harder to find than I thought!
Happy Adventuring!
